1. Applies to
Every visitor, registered member and paying customer of Bobaskowo, including its AI tools, gallery and contact channels.
2. You agree not to
- Upload photos of other people without their explicit consent.
- Generate sexual, hateful, harassing, violent, discriminatory or otherwise illegal content.
- Impersonate a person, brand or public figure, or produce misleading deepfakes.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, brute-force or overload our models and APIs.
- Use Bobaskowo to build a competing model without written authorization.
- Sell, share or transfer your account credentials or credits.
- Bypass or attempt to bypass credit metering, rate limiting or paywalls.
- Introduce malware, spam or automated abuse of any kind.
- Infringe intellectual property, trademarks or trade dress that you do not own or have permission to use.
3. Content moderation
We apply automated and human moderation to detect and block content that violates this policy or the law. Prompts and outputs may be reviewed when flagged.
4. Consequences
- Warning and removal of offending content.
- Temporary suspension of access to specific tools.
- Termination of the account and forfeiture of remaining credits for repeated or serious violations.
- Legal action and reporting to authorities where required by law.
5. Reporting abuse
If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, report it via our contact page. Include a link, screenshot or description so our team can act quickly.
6. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect new capabilities of our AI tools or evolving regulation. Please check back regularly.
