Refund Policy

We want every visit to the atelier to feel worthwhile. Here is how refunds work for Bobaskowo credit purchases.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all credit purchases made on Bobaskowo, regardless of the selected payment method (bank transfer, card, PayPal or Stripe when available).

2. 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase for any reason. If you have not used any of the purchased credits, we will refund the full amount within 14 days of receiving the request.

3. Partially used credits

If you have already used some of the credits from a package, the refund will be prorated to the unused portion. Used credits and any complimentary bonus credits are non-refundable.

4. Non-refundable cases

  • Credits that have expired (24 months after purchase).
  • Credits redeemed as part of a promotional offer, gift or first-registration discount.
  • Accounts terminated for a serious breach of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Failed generations

If an AI generation fails due to a technical issue on our side, the credits used are automatically refunded to your account balance. You do not need to submit a ticket.

6. How to request a refund

  1. Send your request from the email associated with your account via our contact page.
  2. Include your order reference and the reason for the request.
  3. Our team will confirm receipt within 2 business days.

7. Method and timing

Refunds are issued using the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Card, PayPal and Stripe refunds usually settle within 3–5 business days.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank — most issues can be resolved directly and faster.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that order.
