By accessing Bobaskowo you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. Business accounts must be created by an authorized representative.
3. Accounts
- Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Provide accurate name, email and billing information.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Credits and payments
- Access to AI tools is powered by prepaid credits. One credit is worth €0.10 at base rate; other currencies use the current FX rate at checkout.
- The minimum purchase is 50 credits.
- All prices exclude any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Bank transfer orders are activated after funds are received; other methods activate immediately when available.
- Credits are non-transferable and expire 24 months after purchase if not used.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law when using Bobaskowo.
6. Content ownership
6.1 Your input
You keep all rights to photos and prompts you upload. You grant Bobaskowo a limited license to process them solely to deliver the service.
6.2 Generated output
Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, Bobaskowo grants you a worldwide, royalty-free license to use generated designs for personal and commercial purposes. Third-party trademarks and celebrity likenesses remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and third-party incidents may temporarily affect performance.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the service. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard.
9. Disclaimers
Bobaskowo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated results are illustrative previews and may differ from real-world manicure results.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bobaskowo’s aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bobaskowo is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
12. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Updates take effect once posted; continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.
